Martistic Illustrations

Through my art account @martistic, I began exploring a more personal side of my creative practice—one rooted in faith, culture, and reflection. I started a series of Islamic-based illustrations as a way to visually express concepts that inspire me spiritually, from du’as and Quranic verses to moments of quiet ibadah and cultural symbolism.

This series became a space for me to reconnect with my identity as a Muslim artist, and share meaningful reminders with others through soft, stylized visuals. Whether it’s through depictions of prayer, sisterhood, or subtle details inspired by Islamic art, each piece is created with love, intention, and a deep sense of gratitude for the beauty of our faith.

This ongoing series is my way of contributing to the conversation—using illustration as a form of resistance, education, and spiritual reflection. By combining Islamic messages with political awareness, I hope to remind viewers that justice is a core part of our Deen, and that standing with the oppressed is an act of faith.
